It's here! Pizza created with appreciation for both health and great taste. My first batch of pizzas arrived on the shelves of natural food stores June 2, 2006, in Calgary, Alberta. Within days, people who loved it emailed and called the pizzas heaven sent. This was fantastic and the grateful response continues.

I have always enjoyed healthy cooking, or at least that was until I developed multiple food allergies. My restricted diet turned one of my favourite activities into a chore. Gluten-free pizza has brought the fun back into my kitchen, and now I want everyone to enjoy sharing in this healthy and convenient meal.

My pizzas are created for all of us who have special diets and love great food. Each batch of pizza is made with the same care, to ensure you have the perfect slice of pizza every time.
